In the last few weeks we've recieved several inquiries about potential job opportunities. We are excited to announce that we are ready to begin the hiring process! We're looking for extremely professional applicants who are helpful, compassionate and have an extensive knowledge of the medical benefits of cannabis. The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be self-sufficient and able to communicate effectively. Strong team player is a must.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the check-in desk for a fast-paced medical cannabis dispensary
  • Update patient files, making photo ID copies and assisting new patients fill out internal registration forms
  • Answer phones while still acknowledging patients as they check in
  • Represent Charm City Medicus in a positive and compliant manner
  • Check in patients and provide paperwork as required
  • Receive and enter all patient information into the Point of Sale software system and State of Maryland compliance software

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills are a MUST
  • Experience with computer software and point of sale systems
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support in a medical environment preferred
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, upbeat personality
  • Personable and presentable
  • Ability to perform light to moderate cleaning
  • Greets all guess in a timely manner
  • Has phone presence and ability to relay timely messages
  • Multitasking proficient

DISPENSARY AGENT

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for driving the Charm City Medicus patient service experience
  • Represent Charm City Medicus in a positive and compliant manner
  • Provide exceptional service to each patient
  • Answer questions and provide patient education on cannabis products and laws
  • Ensure products are stocked and inventoried

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills are a MUST
  • Experience with cash handling and computer point of sale systems
  • Cannabis knowledge is necessary, but a desire for continuing education is vital
  • Ability to effectively explain all variations of cannabis products to patients
  • Customer Service/Sales Support experience in medical field preferred
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

 Responsibilities

  • Represent Charm City Medicus in a positive and compliant manner
  • Ensure products are stocked and inventoried
  • Receive and enter all product information into the Point of Sale software system
  • Oversee and maintain all sale floor display
  • Conduct vendor audits
  • Ensure product area is quarantined
  • Create new and maintain profiles for vendor products
  • Fix any product label packaging that may be mislabeled or damaged
  • Process returns to vendors
  • Receive samples from new vendors
  • Conduct random audits of product inventory
  • Manage all product returns
  • Ensure all Charm City Medicus policies are enforced at all times
